Montana Wedding Cakes with Taste and Design

Gone are the days of the white wedding cake with bland frosting and chintzy design. Now, wedding cake designers are coming up elaborate designs to celebrate the couple on their wedding day.
I watch that show called Amazing Cakes and Cake Boss just to see what type of crazy designs these bakers can come up with. The assistants that work with them are often fine artists and painters who use their skill creating these cakes with flour, sugar, and fondant icing.
My favorite Cake Boss episode had the one with the casino-style cake for a mafia-looking group of guys. I don’t know if they were connected or not, but the episode definitely had the feel for that.
